Michelle Anderson is a highly experienced Personal Assistant, possessing over 25 years’ experience of secretarial and administrative skills, to Senior Executive and Board Level individuals.

With a high level of professionalism and self-motivation, Michelle is well organised, with a proactive and flexible approach. She has superb interpersonal and communication skills, liaising with people at all levels, including government and royal officials.

Michelle consistently maintains high levels of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy whilst handling sensitive and difficult issues, with an acute eye for detail and a thorough understanding of what it takes to be a successful PA.

She has vast experience in many sectors of Executive Assistance, HR Administration, and Event Management, and recently successfully coordinated a large international medical conference for over 300 delegates.

Further attributes include; Sales experience. Having taken a slight change in career in 2006, initially joining a direct selling company as a hobby, but quickly growing this into a successful business. She became one of the top Consultants in the UK and fast-tracked to Group Sales Manager within a year, building and leading a team of 40 consultants.

More recently, Michelle has trained in Website Design and has designed a number of websites for clients with some fantastic results and feedback.

Some of Michelle’s key achievements are; assisting with the rebranding of ‘The Auckland Project’, as part of the Executive Team, coordinating a large office relocation and setting-up her own Virtual Assistant business.

After spending most of her working career in various sectors; Michelle set-up her own virtual business and formed ‘No Ordinary PA’ in 2018, operating from County Durham, with a client base around the UK. From inception, Michelle’s focus was to be instrumental in helping entrepreneurs free up their time. She has implemented new systems, adjusted to clients’ ways of working, and also coached them to delegate more, allowing them to concentrate fully on achieving their business goals.

From a personal perspective, Michelle lives in County Durham with fiancé, Wayne, daughter Millie and stepdaughter Elle. In her spare time she loves spending quality time with her family and long-walks with her Cockapoo, Betty. She also dedicates a lot of her time organising charity events to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support in memory of her Dad.
