Allena Clarke, Director
Allena has been involved in the recruitment sector for over 30+ years, covering a wide spectrum of recruitment through to Director level. She has worked at both local and national level with state and independent employers. She is a qualified NLP Practitioner as well as accredited i3 Coach and Associate and in 2010 completed her Post Grad in Enterprising Management at the world-renowned Durham Business School. Her client testimonials are plentiful and often mention her ability to gain a thorough understanding of a wide variety of roles and company structures.
Prior to initially setting up Allena Clarke Appointments (ACA) in 2002 she was a Director of Randstad covering Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England and to this day, Allena continues to service clients across a wide Geographical area.
Holding a non-exec Director role within the REC, representing the North of England and voted in by her peers, is further testament to her passion for service excellence within the recruitment industry.
Over the years Allena’s career has seen her return to roles to further strengthen national and local recruiters and more recently she held an internal post as Director of Human Potential for the high growth 3T Energy Group – Transforming Training with Technology.
