I have known Allena for over
10 years. During that time I have found her
to be wholly reliable and focused on providing

As Commercial Manager within
the Benefits Agency, I used Allena to supply
secretarial staff and switchboard operators
for local benefits offices throughout the North
East of England. The initial contract was for
3 years. I received excellent service, resulting
in a contract extension of 2 years. Several
agency staff progressed to become permanent
employees.
As a Personnel Manager for
Royal Mail, I had the sensitive task of introducing
temporary agency staff into a recognised trade
union workplace. Allena was able to influence
the Area Management board with her proposals
and successfully introduced staff to key areas.
Ultimately, the Operation Managers preferred
this arrangement as it provided greater flexibility
and less training.
The requirement was always
at short notice. At no time was the need unfilled.
