As a Personnel Manager for Royal Mail, I had the sensitive task of introducing temporary agency staff into a recognised trade union workplace. Allena was able to influence the Area Management board with her proposals and successfully introduced staff to key areas. Ultimately, the Operation Managers preferred this arrangement as it provided greater flexibility and less training.
The requirement was always at short notice. At no time was the need unfilled.
