Allena has been involved in the recruitment sector for 20 years, covering a wide spectrum of recruitment through to director level. She has worked at both local and national level with state and independent employers.

Before setting up Allena Clarke Appointments, she was a Director with Securicor covering Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England.

Allena has a large client base of blue-chip companies and educational organisations. She was born in Scotland but is now based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
